BuyerPermissionType

Describes the buyer permission type.

Enumeration	Description
`NEGOTIATOR_ONLY`	Only the buyer listed on the line item can transact.
`BIDDER`	All buyers under the listed buyer's bidder can transact on the line item.
`UNKNOWN`	The value returned if the actual value is not exposed by the requested API version.
