백엔드의 전파 지연으로 인해 사용자가 완전히 생성되지 않아 사용자 생성 직후의 변형 호출이 실패하는 경우가 있습니다. '사용자 생성이 완료되지 않음' 메시지의 오류 세부정보를 확인하여 이 경우인지 확인합니다. 이 경우 잠시 후 호출을 다시 시도하면 도움이 될 수 있습니다.
resolveConflictAccount가 true로 설정된 경우 202 응답 코드는 충돌하는 비관리 계정이 존재하며 조직에 가입하도록 초대되었음을 의미합니다. 409 응답 코드는 중복 계정이 있으므로 선택한 비관리 사용자 계정 처리 옵션에 따라 사용자가 생성되지 않았음을 의미합니다.

Check the error details for the \"User creation is not complete\" message to see if this is the case.
