Method: accounts.apps.create

  • Creates a new app under a specified AdMob account using an HTTP POST request.

  • Requires providing the account ID as a path parameter and app details in the request body.

  • Returns the newly created app details in the response if successful.

  • Needs admob.monetization OAuth scope for authorization and may have limited access requiring account manager intervention.

Creates an app under the specified AdMob account.

POST https://admob.googleapis.com/v1beta/{parent=accounts/*}/apps

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

string

Required. Resource name of the account for which the app is being created. Example: accounts/pub-9876543210987654

Request body

The request body contains an instance of App.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of App.

Authorization scopes

Requires the following OAuth scope:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.monetization
