다음 정책은 Google 애널리틱스 측정 프로토콜, SDK 및/또는 사용자 ID 기능을 사용하는 모든 애플리케이션에 적용됩니다.
- 플랫폼을 사용하여 전송하는 데이터의 권리 소유자 및
각 Google 애널리틱스 계정 권리 소유자의 필요한 승인을 포함하여
이 서비스를 사용할 수 있는 모든 권리가 있어야 합니다.
- 최종 사용자에게 사용하고 있는 Google 애널리틱스의 구현 및 기능(예: Google 애널리틱스를 통해 수집되는 데이터, 이 데이터를 최종 사용자에 대한 다른 데이터와 연결할 수 있는지 여부 등)에 대해 적절히 알려야 합니다. 최종 사용자의 동의를 얻거나, 그렇지 않은 경우 사용하고 있는 구현 및 기능을 선택 해제할 기회를 최종 사용자에게 제공해야 합니다.
- SDK를 사용하여 잠재고객 보고 또는 리마케팅과 같은 Google 애널리틱스 광고 기능을 구현하는 경우 Google Play 개발자 프로그램 정책 및 기타 관련 정책 외에
Google 애널리틱스 광고 기능에 대한 정책을 준수해야 합니다.
- Google이 개인을 식별할 수 있는 데이터(예: 특정 이름, 주민등록번호, 이메일 주소, 기타 유사 데이터) 또는 특정 기기를 영구적으로 나타내는 데이터(예: 재설정할 수 없는 고유한 기기 식별자)를 업로드해서는 안 됩니다.
- 최종 사용자가 인증된 세션과 인증되지 않은 세션의 병합에 동의했고, 관련 법률 및 규정에 따라 이러한 병합이 허용되는 경우가 아닌 이상 해당 세션을 병합해서는 안 됩니다.
이 정책을 위반하면 Google 애널리틱스 계정이 해지되고 Google 애널리틱스 데이터가 손실될 수 있습니다.
