取消 DisplayVideo360AdvertiserLinkProposal。取消的可能包括：- 拒絕透過 Display & Video 360 發起的提案 - 撤銷透過 Google Analytics (分析) 發起的提案。取消提案後，提案最終就會自動刪除。
