Method: properties.acknowledgeUserDataCollection
コレクションでコンテンツを整理
必要に応じて、コンテンツの保存と分類を行います。
指定したプロパティでのユーザーデータ収集の条件に同意します。
MeasurementProtocolSecret リソースを作成する前に、この確認応答を（Google アナリティクスの UI またはこの API で）完了する必要があります。
