Method: edits.validate

  • Validates an app edit using an empty request body and the specified package name and edit ID.

  • Upon successful validation, the response returns an AppEdit object.

  • Requires authorization with the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/androidpublisher scope.

  • Utilizes an HTTP POST request to the endpoint https://androidpublisher.googleapis.com/androidpublisher/v3/applications/{packageName}/edits/{editId}:validate.

Validates an app edit.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Package name of the app.
editId

string

Identifier of the edit.

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of AppEdit.
