Method: internalappsharingartifacts.uploadbundle

  • This document outlines the process for uploading an app bundle to internal app sharing using a POST request.

  • When using Google API client libraries, it is recommended to increase the HTTP request timeout to at least 2 minutes before calling this endpoint.

  • The request requires a packageName parameter to identify the app.

  • A successful upload will return an InternalAppSharingArtifact in the response body.

  • The request requires authorization with the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/androidpublisher OAuth scope.

Uploads an app bundle to internal app sharing. If you are using the Google API client libraries, please increase the timeout of the http request before calling this endpoint (a timeout of 2 minutes is recommended).

HTTP request

  • Upload URI, for media upload requests:
    POST https://androidpublisher.googleapis.com/upload/androidpublisher/v3/applications/internalappsharing/{packageName}/artifacts/bundle
  • Metadata URI, for metadata-only requests:
    POST https://androidpublisher.googleapis.com/androidpublisher/v3/applications/internalappsharing/{packageName}/artifacts/bundle

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Request body

The request body contains an instance of Media.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of InternalAppSharingArtifact.
