Creates a migration token, to migrate an existing device from being managed by the EMM's Device Policy Controller (DPC) to being managed by the Android Management API. See the guide for more details.

POST https://androidmanagement.googleapis.com/v1/{parent=enterprises/*}/migrationTokens
The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of MigrationToken.
