Tải lên một báo cáo chứa mọi thay đổi về trạng thái ứng dụng trên thiết bị kể từ
báo cáo cuối cùng đã được tạo. Bạn có thể gọi phương thức này tối đa 3 lần mỗi
24 giờ cho một thiết bị cụ thể.
