Việc có tài nguyên Quyền cho biết rằng người dùng có quyền sử dụng một ứng dụng cụ thể. Các quyền là dành riêng cho người dùng chứ không dành riêng cho thiết bị. Việc này cho phép người dùng có quyền cài đặt ứng dụng trên tất cả thiết bị của họ. Người dùng cũng có thể có quyền sử dụng một ứng dụng mà không cần cài đặt ứng dụng đó trên bất kỳ thiết bị nào.
Bạn có thể dùng API này để tạo một quyền. Bạn cũng có thể sử dụng API để kích hoạt quá trình cài đặt một ứng dụng trên tất cả thiết bị do người dùng quản lý cùng lúc tạo quyền.
Nếu ứng dụng miễn phí, thì việc tạo quyền này cũng sẽ tạo giấy phép nhóm cho ứng dụng đó. Đối với các ứng dụng có tính phí, việc tạo quyền sẽ tiêu tốn một giấy phép và giấy phép đó vẫn được sử dụng cho đến khi bạn xoá quyền đó. Nếu doanh nghiệp chưa mua đủ giấy phép thì sẽ không có quyền nào được tạo và quá trình cài đặt sẽ không thành công. Hệ thống cũng không tạo được quyền cho một ứng dụng nếu ứng dụng đó yêu cầu các quyền mà doanh nghiệp chưa chấp nhận.
Nếu một quyền bị xoá, ứng dụng có thể bị gỡ cài đặt khỏi thiết bị của người dùng. Tốt nhất là bạn nên gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng bằng cách gọi Installs.delete() trước khi xoá quyền.

This allows a user with an entitlement to an app to install the app on all their devices. It's also possible for a user to hold an entitlement to an app without installing the app on any device. \n\nThe API can be used to create an entitlement.
