وجود یک منبع Entitlements نشان می دهد که کاربر حق استفاده از یک برنامه خاص را دارد. حقوق مختص کاربر است، نه دستگاه خاص. این به کاربر با حق داشتن یک برنامه اجازه می دهد تا برنامه را روی همه دستگاه های خود نصب کند. همچنین این امکان برای کاربر وجود دارد که بدون نصب برنامه بر روی هر دستگاهی، حق استفاده از یک برنامه را داشته باشد.
