"نحن متحمسون لإتاحة الوصول إلى مجموعة المواد العلمية الغنية في جامعة كاليفورنيا وتسليط الضوء عليها ليس فقط لطلاب جامعة كاليفورنيا وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة كاليفورنيا، بل للجمهور أيضًا بشكل عام. وباستخدام واجهات برمجة التطبيقات لبحث الكتب من Google، يمكننا تمكين مستخدمينا من الوصول إلى الإصدارات الرقمية من موارد الطباعة ومساعدتهم على اتخاذ خيارات أكثر استنارة بشأن المواد التي يستخدمونها في البحث أو الطلب من المكتبات الأخرى".
