料金
Google と別途契約を締結している、または Google から書面による許可を取得している場合を除き、アプリケーションの使用料をユーザーに請求することはできません。

コンテンツの削除
お客様は、適用法で定められている範囲、または Google からの要請に応じて、Books API を通じて第三者の権利を侵害しているとされるコンテンツをサイトまたはアプリケーションから削除する必要があります。また、権利所有者がデベロッパーへの連絡や削除のリクエストに使用できる連絡先情報を提供します。
特に記載のない限り、このページのコンテンツはクリエイティブ・コモンズの表示 4.0 ライセンスにより使用許諾されます。コードサンプルは Apache 2.0 ライセンスにより使用許諾されます。詳しくは、Google Developers サイトのポリシーをご覧ください。Java は Oracle および関連会社の登録商標です。
