The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

The "timestamp" filter accepts either the Unix Epoch milliseconds format or the RFC3339 UTC "Zulu" format with nanosecond resolution and up to nine fractional digits. Both formats should be surrounded by simple double quotes. Examples: "2014-10-02T15:01:23Z", "2014-10-02T15:01:23.045123456Z", "1679283943823".
