Aggiorna un ordinamento di priorità di gruppo per un'app. L'app di destinazione deve essere fornita in additionalTargetKeyNames in PolicyTargetKey. In caso di errore, la richiesta restituirà i dettagli dell'errore come parte di google.rpc.Status.
