Method: challenge.generate

  • A new challenge is generated using an HTTP POST request to the specified URL.

  • The request body for generating a challenge must be empty.

  • The response body contains a JSON object with a single field, "challenge", which holds a base64-encoded string representing the generated challenge.

  • Generating a challenge requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/verifiedaccess OAuth scope for authorization.

Generates a new challenge.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

Result message for VerifiedAccess.GenerateChallenge.

If successful, the response body contains data with the following structure:
