Method: advertisers.insertionOrders.delete

  • This page provides details on how to delete an insertion order using the Display & Video 360 API v2.

  • To delete an insertion order, you must first archive it by setting its entityStatus to ENTITY_STATUS_ARCHIVED.

  • The HTTP request is a DELETE request to a specific URL containing the advertiser ID and insertion order ID.

  • The request body is empty, and a successful response body is also empty.

  • Deleting an insertion order requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/display-video authorization scope.

Deletes an insertion order. Returns error code NOT_FOUND if the insertion order does not exist. The insertion order should be archived first, i.e. set entityStatus to ENTITY_STATUS_ARCHIVED, to be able to delete it.

DELETE https://displayvideo.googleapis.com/v2/advertisers/{advertiserId}/insertionOrders/{insertionOrderId}

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

advertiserId

string (int64 format)

The ID of the advertiser this insertion order belongs to.
insertionOrderId

string (int64 format)

The ID of the insertion order to delete.

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body is empty.
