Method: advertisers.manualTriggers.deactivate

  • This page describes how to deactivate a manual trigger using the Display & Video 360 API v2.

  • Manual triggers and this method will sunset on August 1, 2023, as Line Items using manual triggers no longer serve in Display & Video 360.

  • The API request uses a POST method with the URL structure https://displayvideo.googleapis.com/v2/advertisers/{advertiserId}/manualTriggers/{triggerId}:deactivate.

  • The request requires advertiserId and triggerId as path parameters and has an empty request body.

  • A successful response returns an instance of ManualTrigger and requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/display-video authorization scope.

Deactivates a manual trigger.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
advertiserId

string (int64 format)

Required. The ID of the advertiser that the manual trigger belongs.

triggerId

string (int64 format)

Required. The ID of the manual trigger to deactivate.

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of ManualTrigger.

Authorization scopes

Requires the following OAuth scope:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/display-video
