Deletes a creative. Returns error code NOT_FOUND if the creative does not exist. The creative should be archived first, i.e. set entityStatus to ENTITY_STATUS_ARCHIVED, before it can be deleted.
A "Standard" user role or greater for the parent advertiser or partner is required to make this request.

The creative must first be archived by setting its `entityStatus` to `ENTITY_STATUS_ARCHIVED`. A `DELETE` HTTP request is sent to the specified URL, including `advertiserId` and `creativeId` as path parameters. The request body should be empty. A successful deletion returns an empty JSON object; if the creative doesn't exist, `NOT_FOUND` is returned.
