Tài liệu này mô tả cách truy cập và sử dụng các chế độ kiểm soát của quản trị viên đối với Gemini Code Assist.
Gói thuê bao Gemini Code Assist phải tuân theo Điều khoản dành riêng cho dịch vụ của Google Cloud về Giá và việc thanh toán cho Đơn vị cam kết.
Cấp quyền IAM
Để có được các quyền cần thiết để thêm hoặc chỉnh sửa gói thuê bao Gemini Code Assist, hãy yêu cầu quản trị viên cấp cho bạn vai trò roles/billing.admin IAM trên tài khoản thanh toán.
Hoặc yêu cầu quản trị viên cấp cho bạn vai trò roles/consumerprocurement.orderAdmin và vai trò roles/billing.viewer.
Những vai trò này có các quyền cần thiết để thêm hoặc thay đổi gói thuê bao Gemini Code Assist. Để xem chính xác các quyền bắt buộc, hãy mở rộng phần Quyền bắt buộc.

Chọn một tài khoản thanh toán
Để chỉnh sửa hoặc mua gói thuê bao Gemini Code Assist, bạn phải chọn một tài khoản thanh toán. Gói thuê bao Gemini Code Assist của bạn được liên kết với một tài khoản thanh toán và có thể dùng với mọi dự án. Mỗi tài khoản thanh toán chỉ được có một gói thuê bao Gemini Code Assist.
Danh sách sau đây cho thấy những cách có thể dùng để chọn tài khoản thanh toán:
Quản lý gói thuê bao bằng quyền truy cập vào dự án.
Nếu bạn chưa có gói thuê bao, hãy nhấp vào Nhận Gemini Code Assist để mua gói. Xin lưu ý rằng trước tiên, bạn phải thiết lập tài khoản thanh toán.
Nếu bạn đã có gói thuê bao nhưng gói đó không liên kết với tài khoản thanh toán này, hãy nhấp vào Quản lý gói thuê bao rồi chọn một tài khoản thanh toán khác mà bạn muốn quản lý gói thuê bao.
Nếu bạn đã có một gói thuê bao được liên kết với tài khoản thanh toán hiện tại, hãy nhấp vào Quản lý Gemini Code Assist để chuyển đến trang cài đặt. Sau đó, hãy nhấp vào Quản lý gói thuê bao để chọn và quản lý các gói thuê bao hiện có.
Quản lý gói thuê bao mà không cần có quyền truy cập vào dự án. Nếu bạn có quyền quản lý gói thuê bao, hãy chọn sản phẩm bạn muốn chỉnh sửa hoặc mua. Sau đó, hãy chọn Quản lý gói thuê bao rồi chọn một tài khoản thanh toán.
Quản lý thông báo đăng ký cho các dự án trong một thư mục. Nếu bắt đầu từ một thư mục, bạn phải chọn một tài khoản thanh toán trước khi mua gói thuê bao, vì tài khoản thanh toán không thể liên kết trực tiếp với một thư mục.
Chỉnh sửa gói thuê bao Gemini Code Assist
Trong Google API Console, hãy chuyển đến trang Admin for Gemini (Quản trị viên cho Gemini).
Truy cập trang Quản trị viên cho Gemini
Trang Quản trị viên cho Gemini sẽ tải.
Sử dụng bộ chọn dự án ở đầu trang để đảm bảo bạn được giới hạn phạm vi trong dự án hoặc thư mục có gói thuê bao Gemini Code Assist hiện tại.
Tìm ô sản phẩm Gemini Code Assist, rồi nhấp vào Quản lý Gemini Code Assist.
Chọn Quản lý gói thuê bao.
Trang Quản lý gói thuê bao sẽ xuất hiện.
Chọn Quản lý gói thuê bao để chỉnh sửa gói thuê bao, bao gồm:
Quản lý phiên bản – Nếu đang chỉnh sửa gói thuê bao Gemini Code Assist, bạn có thể nâng cấp từ phiên bản Standard lên phiên bản Enterprise và thay đổi này sẽ có hiệu lực ngay lập tức. Ngoài ra, bạn có thể hạ cấp từ phiên bản Enterprise xuống phiên bản Standard. Việc này sẽ có hiệu lực kể từ ngày kết thúc kỳ thuê bao hiện tại. Tăng hoặc giảm số lượng giấy phép trong gói thuê bao –
Khi bạn thêm giấy phép, giấy phép sẽ có sẵn cho bạn gần như ngay lập tức.
Tuy nhiên, nếu bạn giảm số lượng giấy phép, thì các thay đổi sẽ không có hiệu lực cho đến khi kết thúc thời hạn thuê bao. Ngoài ra, số lượng giấy phép ban đầu vẫn được phản ánh trong hoá đơn của bạn cho đến khi các thay đổi được áp dụng.
Thay đổi kỳ hạn thuê bao – Bạn có thể đặt kỳ hạn thuê bao là hằng tháng hoặc hằng năm. Khi đăng ký gói thuê bao hằng năm, bạn sẽ được hưởng mức chiết khấu và thanh toán hằng tháng thay vì thanh toán một lần. Nếu bạn chuyển từ gói thuê bao hằng năm sang gói thuê bao hằng tháng, thì thay đổi này sẽ không có hiệu lực cho đến khi hết thời hạn hằng năm. Ngoài ra, bạn không thể thay đổi kỳ hạn đăng ký, trừ phi bạn đã bật tính năng tự động gia hạn gói thuê bao.
Bật hoặc tắt tính năng tự động gia hạn – Nếu bạn tắt tính năng tự động gia hạn, gói thuê bao sẽ hết hạn vào cuối thời hạn thuê bao và tất cả giấy phép trong gói thuê bao sẽ không hợp lệ. Bạn không thể bật lại gói thuê bao sau khi gói này hết hạn. Thay vào đó, bạn cần mua một gói thuê bao mới để chỉ định lại các giấy phép đó. Ngoài ra, nếu tắt tính năng tự động gia hạn, bạn sẽ không thể thực hiện những thay đổi sau:
- Giảm số lượng giấy phép
- Thay đổi từ kỳ hạn thuê bao hằng năm sang hằng tháng
- Chuyển từ phiên bản Enterprise sang phiên bản Standard
