다음 단계에 따라 기존 판매자 계정을 관리할 수 있습니다. 본인
판매자 계정일 수도 있고 고객의 판매자 계정일 수도 있습니다.
수동 단계
하위 계정을 관리하는 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
- 관리자 (권장)
- 판매자 센터 UI를 사용해야 하는 경우 판매자는 내 Google 계정을 판매자 센터 계정의 관리 사용자로 추가할 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 계정 (권장)
- 판매자 센터 UI가 필요하지 않으면 서비스 계정을 통해 인증한 다음 서비스 계정 ID를 판매자 계정의 사용자로 추가할 수 있습니다.
- 전체 관리 (권장되지 않음)
하나의 하위 계정만 관리해야 하는 경우가 아니라면 위 옵션 중 하나를 사용하는 것이 좋습니다.
판매자가 판매자 센터 계정을 완전히 관리하기를 원하고 판매자에게 MCA가 있는 경우 다음을 수행할 수 있습니다.
- MCA 및 판매자 계정의 ID를 수집합니다.
- 오른쪽 상단 메뉴 바에서 ? 아이콘을 클릭한 후 물음표 > 고객센터 및 지원 > 문의하기
판매자 계정을 MCA의 하위 계정으로 변환하도록 요청하고 MCA 계정 ID와 판매자 계정 ID를 제공합니다.
Google에 다시 문의하여 이 절차를 실행취소할 수 있습니다.
