Delete a dataset by sending an HTTP DELETE request to the
delete dataset endpoint that
also includes the ID of the dataset:
https://mapsplatformdatasets.googleapis.com/v1/projects/PROJECT_NUMBER_OR_ID/datasets/DATASET_ID
