Fitur dan peningkatan
- API kini menampilkan prediksi waktu perjalanan dengan lalu lintas untuk waktu di masa mendatang, berdasarkan rata-rata historis. Sebelumnya, API hanya menampilkan waktu perjalanan dengan lalu lintas untuk waktu yang sangat dekat dengan saat ini. Untuk menerima prediksi waktu perjalanan dengan lalu lintas, tentukan waktu keberangkatan "sekarang" atau beberapa waktu di masa mendatang, dengan mode perjalanan mengemudi. Anda juga dapat menentukan model lalu lintas yang optimistis, pesimistis, atau perkiraan terbaik (default), untuk memengaruhi asumsi yang digunakan saat menghitung waktu perjalanan. Untuk

- Pelanggan Paket Standar kini memiliki akses ke semua fitur Directions API (Legacy) yang sebelumnya hanya tersedia untuk pelanggan Premium Plan Google Maps Platform: rute dan waktu tempuh yang optimal dalam lalu lintas, serta peningkatan jumlah titik jalan hingga 23, dari batas sebelumnya yaitu 8 titik jalan.
