עדכון חלקי של מאפייני הרכב. רק המאפיינים שצוינו בבקשה יעודכנו. לא יחולו שינויים במאפיינים אחרים. הערה: המצב הזה שונה ב-vehicles.update, שם השדה attributes כולו יוחלף בערך שב-UpdateVehicleRequest. מאפיינים שלא מופיעים בבקשה יוסרו.

בכתובת ה-URL נעשה שימוש בתחביר המרת קידוד של gRPC.
