Aggiorna parzialmente gli attributi di un veicolo. Verranno aggiornati solo gli attributi menzionati nella richiesta, mentre gli altri NON verranno modificati. Nota: questo è diverso per vehicles.update, dove l'intero campo attributes verrà sostituito da quello in UpdateVehicleRequest e gli attributi non presenti nella richiesta verranno rimossi.
