تشير الخلية الفارغة إلى أنّ دور مستخدم معيّنًا لا يملك الإذن المقابل للخلية. يمكن لأي مستخدم أن يحصل على أدوار متعددة في Cloud Console ضمن مشروع معيّن. لذلك، طالما أنّ المستخدم لديه دور يمنحه صراحةً أذونات لإجراء أمر معيّن، قد لا يمنعه دور آخر لديه أيضًا من إجراء هذا الأمر.
