擷取指定工作階段的相關資訊。
如果指定的工作階段不存在或不屬於使用者，系統會傳回 NOT_FOUND 錯誤。如果工作階段存在，但工作階段的存取權已過期，系統會傳回 PERMISSION_DENIED 錯誤。
