Nota: Ya no es necesario que vincules tu cuenta de desarrollador a una consola de Google Cloud para acceder a la API de Google Play Developer Reporting.
Para empezar a hacer llamadas a la API, deberás configurar el acceso a la API para tu cuenta de desarrollador de Google Play.
Esto implica cambios en Google Play Console y en Google Cloud Console. En las siguientes instrucciones, se explican los cuatro pasos necesarios para comenzar a usar la API de Google Play Developer Reporting:
Crea un proyecto de Google Cloud.
Habilita la API de Google Play Developer Reporting para tu proyecto de Google Cloud.
Configura una cuenta de servicio con los permisos adecuados de Google Play Console para acceder a la API de Google Play Developer Reporting.
Crea un proyecto de Google Cloud
Puedes omitir este paso si ya tienes un proyecto de Google Cloud que quieras usar.
Para usar la API de Google Play Developer Reporting, debes configurar un proyecto de Google Cloud. Puedes hacerlo en la consola de Google Cloud.
Para los registros y las aplicaciones de supervisión, en los que no hay un usuario humano en el circuito, se recomiendan las cuentas de servicio. Las cuentas de servicio están diseñadas para usarse en un entorno seguro, como tu servidor, y deben usarse en él.
Las credenciales de la cuenta de servicio deben administrarse de forma segura para que no se muestren a nadie que no esté autorizado a usar la API.
Crea una cuenta de servicio
Para crear una cuenta de servicio nueva, sigue estos pasos:
Especifica una dirección de correo electrónico para la cuenta de servicio en el campo correspondiente y otorga los derechos necesarios para realizar acciones. Lo mejor es otorgarle a la cuenta de servicio el conjunto mínimo de permisos necesarios para llamar a las acciones de la API requeridas.
Haz clic en el botón Invitar a un usuario.
Una vez que completes estos pasos, deberías poder acceder a la API de Google Play Developer Reporting a través de la cuenta de servicio con la clave de API adecuada.

Click **Enable**.\n\nConfigure service accounts\n--------------------------\n\n\nFor monitoring scripts and applications, where no human user is in the loop, service accounts\nare recommended. Service accounts are designed and must be used in a secure environment,\nsuch as your server.\nThe service account credentials need to be managed securely so they are not\nrevealed to anyone that is not authorized to use the API.\n\n### Create a service account\n\n\nTo create a new service account:\n\n1. In the Google Cloud Console go to [Service Accounts page](https://console.cloud.google.com/iam-admin/serviceaccounts).\n2. Click **Create service account** and follow the steps.\n\n\nService accounts uniquely identify a Google Cloud project, so there is no need to use API keys.\n\n### Grant permissions in the Google Play Console\n\n\nTo allow any of the service accounts access to the Google Play Console data for\nyour apps, they have to be granted access.\n\n1. Go to the [Users \\& Permissions page](https://play.google.com/console/users-and-permissions) on the Google Play Console.\n2. Click **Invite new users**.\n3. Put an email address for your service account in the email address field and grant the necessary rights to perform actions. It is best to grant the service account the minimal set of permissions needed to call the required API actions.\n4.
