Resource: SlowRenderingRateMetricSet
Resource singleton yang merepresentasikan kumpulan metrik Rendering Lambat.
Set metrik ini berisi data rendering tingkat rendah yang diambil oleh SurfaceFlinger. Sesi dievaluasi berdasarkan histogram frame present-to-present yang ditangani oleh lapisan SurfaceFlinger yang dimiliki aplikasi.
