この API を使用すると、
Google API 利用規約（「API 利用規約」）に加えて、以下の規約に従うことにも同意したことになります。
セクション 1: 用語
下記で定義されていない、大文字表記の用語は、API ToS における意味を有します。
すべての API クライアントは、表示の遅延が 24 時間を超える場合、検索広告 360 システムで入手できる情報に関して、その程度がどの程度遅延しているかを目立つように開示する必要があります。
セクション 3: ブランディング
API ToS の第 6 条にかかわらず、お客様がこの API を使用していることを宣伝または宣伝する目的で Google のブランドを表示することは禁止されています。
お客様は、Google が PII として使用または認識できる情報を、この API を介して Google に送信せず、第三者がそのような行為を援助または容認することもできません。
