מקבלת את מדיניות בקרת הגישה למשאב. הפונקציה מחזירה מדיניות ריקה אם המשאב קיים ולא מוגדרת לו מדיניות.
בקשת HTTP

כתובת ה-URL משתמשת בתחביר של gRPC Transcoding.
