In order to use Google's SAS services (the "Services") and access the Services Portal and/or API,
you agree to the following additional terms: (1) if you are using the Services on behalf of your
employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are an authorized user of the
Services; (ii) you have full legal authority to bind your employer, or the applicable entity, to
the additional terms set forth herein; (iii) you have read and understand the Agreement and Terms
of Service (defined below); (2) you agree, on behalf of the party that you represent, as
applicable, to be bound by the (i) the additional terms as set forth herein, (ii) the Google API
Terms of Service, which incorporates the Google
Privacy Policy, (iii) the SAS
Data Protection and Security Terms
("DPST"), (iv) the SAS
Acceptable Use Policy
("AUP") (items (2)(i) through (2)(iv) above, collectively, the "SAS Terms of Service"); and (3)
you agree, on behalf of the party that you represent, as applicable, to be bound by any applicable
agreement you may already have in place with Google or its affiliates (collectively, the
"Agreement") with respect to the Services. You must comply with the Agreement and the Terms of
Service at all times to access and use the Services. To the extent the Agreement conflicts
with the SAS Terms of Service, the Agreement controls.
In order to use these Services and access the Services Portal and/or API, you make the following
additional representations, acknowledgments, and agree to the additional following terms: 1) you
consent to provide Google with the information required to receive the Services and obtain access
to any related tools, including but not limited to your company's system administrator account
details; 2) you acknowledge that your company's system administrators may view and monitor your
actions on the Services Portal and API; 3) the information that you provide to Google to receive
Services is accurate and complete; 4) you understand that there is a risk of possible interference
from federal incumbent user radar operations in the 3.5GHz CBRS band; 5) the Services will be
provided, and you will use the Services, in accordance with applicable law, including orders,
public notices, rules and regulations promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC),
e.g., 47 C.F.R Part 96 (Citizens Broadband Radio Service), and Department of Defense; and 6) the
Services and use thereof will further comply with standards set by the Wireless Innovation Forum
("WInnForum") applicable to the SAS and comply with any applicable SAS-to-SAS communications
requirements, pursuant to FCC regulation and WInnForum standards. If not otherwise set forth in an
Agreement, Google reserves the right to terminate the Services immediately if you breach the Terms
of Service, breach applicable law, or if required to do so by a governmental entity.
We may modify these SAS Terms of Service, or any portions thereof to, for example, reflect
changes to the law or changes to our SAS Services. You should look at the Terms of Service
regularly. Google will post notice of modifications to the Terms of Service to the applicable term
website. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than 30 days
after they are posted. However, changes made for legal reasons (including changes required by the
FCC and WInnForum) will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified Terms of
Service, you should discontinue your use of the Services. Your continued use of the Services
constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
