- Jika masalahnya terkait dengan me-resolve
www.google.com, www.youtube.com, atau properti Google lainnya secara umum, termasuk penargetan geografis:
- Jika Anda mengoperasikan ISP, gunakan Portal ISP Google untuk
melaporkan masalah. (Minta akses
terlebih dahulu, jika perlu.) Atau, baca

- Jika Anda adalah pelanggan ISP, hubungi ISP tersebut, dan minta mereka untuk menghubungi Google sesuai dengan poin di atas.
- Jika Anda menggunakan setelan default Google Domains untuk menghosting DNS resmi (dan orang lain mengalami masalah dengan domain Anda), hubungi dukungan Squarespace.

Melaporkan masalah
Jika Anda mengalami masalah dengan Google Public DNS, jalankan
uji diagnostik terlebih dahulu.
Jika masalahnya adalah domain tertentu yang tidak dapat diselesaikan melalui Google Public DNS, periksa dengan intoDNS dan DNSViz untuk masalah server nama atau DNSSEC.
Hal ini menyebabkan sebagian besar masalah yang dilaporkan, dan Anda biasanya dapat menyelesaikannya sendiri.
Jika Anda tidak dapat menyelesaikan masalah, dan ingin melaporkan masalah,
Anda memiliki dua opsi:
