Bước 1: hệ thống nào?
Google có nhiều sản phẩm và hệ thống liên quan đến DNS. Hãy nhớ báo cáo vấn đề của bạn ở nơi thích hợp để liên hệ với người có thể trợ giúp về hệ thống bị ảnh hưởng.

Các vấn đề về báo cáo
Nếu bạn gặp sự cố với DNS công cộng của Google, trước tiên, vui lòng chạy
kiểm thử chẩn đoán.
Nếu vấn đề là DNS công khai của Google không thể phân giải một miền cụ thể, hãy kiểm tra miền đó bằng intoDNS và DNSViz để tìm vấn đề về máy chủ định danh hoặc DNSSEC.

Vui lòng sử dụng tuỳ chọn này để báo cáo mọi vấn đề liên quan đến bảo mật, chẳng hạn như DNS công khai của Google trả về kết quả không hợp lệ theo quy trình xác thực DNSSEC.

Trong cả hai trường hợp, vui lòng cung cấp những thông tin sau trong báo cáo của bạn:
- Ngày và giờ bạn gặp phải vấn đề
- Vị trí của bạn

Thông tin chi tiết trên Công cụ theo dõi lỗi
Có hai thành phần cho DNS công khai trong Công cụ theo dõi lỗi. Các trang này có các mẫu cho các vấn đề thường gặp để giúp bạn cung cấp thông tin phù hợp cho chúng tôi điều tra.
