コレクションでコンテンツを整理
必要に応じて、コンテンツの保存と分類を行います。
指定された Photo のメタデータを取得します。
このメソッドは、次のエラーコードを返します。

GET https://streetviewpublish.googleapis.com/v1/photo/{photoId}
この URL は gRPC Transcoding 構文を使用します。
