Katarzyna Malecka is a tech veteran with 14+ years under her belt, currently steering the development of internal solutions as Head of Products at SunRoof.
She is an avid writer, crafting stories for both adults and kids. Her adult work covers subjects like product management, user experience, and accessibility, while her children's stories advocate for an inclusive and tolerant future.
This love for storytelling and technology stems from her childhood gaming days, ultimately leading her down a path that equipped her with a unique perspective on technology's human impact. This journey culminated in her current role, where she harnesses her diverse knowledge to create user-centric tech products.
When asked about the WTM program's influence, Katarzyna highlights its impact on her approach to helping other women transition into tech.
And her advice for those women considering a tech leap is as simple as it is powerful: "Women in tech is a natural thing, and every girl can do it."
