قرارداد Google Workspace

تعهدات استفاده
علاوه بر تعهدات استفاده در بخش 2 API ToS، شما موافقت می کنید که: استفاده منوط به قرارداد Google Workspace مشتری است
تنها در صورتی می‌توانید از Google Workspace Admin SDK استفاده کنید که مشتری Google Workspace هستید که طبق توافقنامه Google Workspace («شما» یا «مشتری») خدماتی را از Google دریافت می‌کنید. استفاده شما از Google Workspace Admin SDK منوط به انطباق شما با توافقنامه Google Workspace مورد توافق مشتری و این شرایط Google Workspace Admin SDK است.

نقض یا انقضا
اگر استفاده مشتری از Google Workspace Admin SDK این شرایط یا شرایط توافقنامه Google Workspace را نقض کند، Google ممکن است بدون اطلاع قبلی دسترسی مشتری به Google Workspace Admin SDK را تعلیق کند و اگر مشتری این کار را نکرده باشد ممکن است دسترسی مشتری به Google Workspace Admin SDK را قطع کند. چنین تخلفی را ظرف سی (30) روز پس از تعلیق برطرف کرد. پس از انقضا یا خاتمه قرارداد Google Workspace، مشتری باید تمام استفاده از Google Workspace Admin SDK را متوقف کند و در صورت درخواست Google، این توقف استفاده را کتباً تأیید کند.
License Manager API و Directory API
اگر از API برای مجوز یا ارائه کاربرانی بیشتر از مبلغی که مشتری قبل از استفاده از API پرداخت کرده است استفاده شود، استفاده از License Manager یا Directory API ممکن است منجر به هزینه‌های اضافی برای حساب صورت‌حساب مشتری شود. صورت‌حساب این هزینه‌های اضافی بر اساس نرخ‌ها و شرایطی است که مشتری برای محصول دارای مجوز یا ارائه شده موافقت کرده است.

ممنوعیت ها

Billing for these additional charges will be at the rates and on the terms Customer has agreed to for the product licensed or provisioned.\n3.\n\n Provisions regarding your API Clients\n -------------------------------------\n\n In addition to the provisions in Section 3 of the API ToS, you agree that:\n 1.\n\n ### License\n\n Google grants Customer a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Google Workspace Admin SDK in connection with its use of the Services in accordance with the Google Workspace Agreement and the API documentation. This use includes using the Google Workspace Admin SDK to: (a) access Google servers; (b) develop a Google Workspace Admin SDK Client; (c) create or administer End User Accounts; and (d) receive content from Customer's End Users through the Google Workspace Admin SDK.\n 2.\n\n ### APIs may change\n\n Because the Google Workspace Admin SDK may change over time, Customer's development of any intellectual property that uses the Google Workspace Admin SDK, or is based on, relates to, or relies upon, the Google Workspace Admin SDK, is at Customer's sole risk.\n4.\n\n Prohibitions\n ------------\n\n In addition to the prohibitions in Section 4 of the API ToS, the following prohibitions apply:\n 1.\n\n ### Email Audit API\n\n The Email Audit API is not designed and should not be used for general backup, archival, or journaling purposes. Google reserves the right to prevent a customer from using the Email Audit API in ways that might adversely impact the performance or usability of the Email Audit API. API Clients using the Email Audit API (\"Email API Clients\") must be created and used for only for Customer's internal purposes, and may not be provided to third parties.
