Kewajiban Penggunaan

Penggunaannya tunduk pada Perjanjian Google Workspace Pelanggan
Anda hanya dapat menggunakan Google Workspace Admin SDK jika Anda adalah Pelanggan Google Workspace yang menerima Layanan dari Google sesuai dengan Perjanjian Google Workspace ("Anda" atau "Pelanggan"). Penggunaan Anda atas Google Workspace Admin SDK tunduk pada kepatuhan Anda terhadap Perjanjian Google Workspace yang disetujui oleh Pelanggan dan Persyaratan Google Workspace Admin SDK ini.

Konten yang diperoleh dari Google menggunakan dokumentasi Google Workspace Admin SDK, Token Pelanggan, dan Google Workspace API tunduk pada kewajiban kerahasiaan yang tercantum dalam Perjanjian Google Workspace.

Pelanggaran atau habis masa berlaku
Jika penggunaan Google Workspace Admin SDK oleh Pelanggan melanggar persyaratan ini atau persyaratan Perjanjian Google Workspace, Google dapat menangguhkan akses Pelanggan ke Google Workspace Admin SDK tanpa pemberitahuan, dan dapat menghentikan akses Pelanggan ke Google Workspace Admin SDK jika Pelanggan belum mengatasi pelanggaran tersebut dalam waktu tiga puluh (30) hari sejak penangguhan. Setelah Perjanjian Google Workspace berakhir atau dihentikan, Pelanggan harus menghentikan semua penggunaan Google Workspace Admin SDK dan, jika diminta oleh Google, menyatakan penghentian penggunaan ini secara tertulis.

License Manager API dan Directory API
Penggunaan License Manager API atau Directory API dapat mengakibatkan biaya tambahan pada akun penagihan Pelanggan jika API digunakan untuk melisensikan atau menyediakan lebih banyak pengguna daripada yang telah dibayar oleh Pelanggan sebelum penggunaan API. Penagihan untuk biaya tambahan ini akan dikenakan sesuai tarif dan persyaratan yang telah disetujui Pelanggan untuk produk yang dilisensikan atau disediakan.

Selain ketentuan dalam Pasal 3 ToS API, Anda setuju bahwa:

Lisensi
Google memberi Pelanggan hak dan lisensi pribadi, tidak dapat dialihkan, dan non-eksklusif untuk menggunakan Google Workspace Admin SDK sehubungan dengan penggunaannya atas Layanan sesuai dengan Perjanjian Google Workspace dan dokumentasi API. Penggunaan ini mencakup penggunaan Google Workspace Admin SDK untuk: (a) mengakses server Google; (b) mengembangkan Klien Google Workspace Admin SDK; (c) membuat atau mengelola Akun Pengguna Akhir; dan (d) menerima konten dari Pengguna Akhir Pelanggan melalui Google Workspace Admin SDK.

API dapat berubah

Email Audit API
Email Audit API tidak dirancang dan tidak boleh digunakan untuk tujuan pencadangan umum, pengarsipan, atau penjurnalan. Google berhak mencegah pelanggan menggunakan Email Audit API dengan cara yang dapat berdampak buruk pada performa atau kegunaan Email Audit API. Upon expiration or termination of the Google Workspace Agreement, Customer must cease all use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK and, if requested by Google, certify this cessation of use in writing.\n 4.\n\n ### License Manager API and Directory API\n\n Use of the License Manager API or Directory API may result in additional charges to Customer's billing account if the API is used to license or provision more users than the Customer has paid for prior to the use of the API. Billing for these additional charges will be at the rates and on the terms Customer has agreed to for the product licensed or provisioned.\n3.\n\n Provisions regarding your API Clients\n -------------------------------------\n\n In addition to the provisions in Section 3 of the API ToS, you agree that:\n 1.\n\n ### License\n\n Google grants Customer a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Google Workspace Admin SDK in connection with its use of the Services in accordance with the Google Workspace Agreement and the API documentation. This use includes using the Google Workspace Admin SDK to: (a) access Google servers; (b) develop a Google Workspace Admin SDK Client; (c) create or administer End User Accounts; and (d) receive content from Customer's End Users through the Google Workspace Admin SDK.\n 2.\n\n ### APIs may change\n\n Because the Google Workspace Admin SDK may change over time, Customer's development of any intellectual property that uses the Google Workspace Admin SDK, or is based on, relates to, or relies upon, the Google Workspace Admin SDK, is at Customer's sole risk.\n4.\n\n Prohibitions\n ------------\n\n In addition to the prohibitions in Section 4 of the API ToS, the following prohibitions apply:\n 1.\n\n ### Email Audit API\n\n The Email Audit API is not designed and should not be used for general backup, archival, or journaling purposes. Google reserves the right to prevent a customer from using the Email Audit API in ways that might adversely impact the performance or usability of the Email Audit API. API Clients using the Email Audit API (\"Email API Clients\") must be created and used for only for Customer's internal purposes, and may not be provided to third parties.
