Kullanım, Müşteri'nin Google Workspace Sözleşmesi'ne tabidir
Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sını yalnızca, Google Workspace Sözleşmesi uyarınca Google'dan Hizmet alan bir Google Workspace Müşterisiyseniz ("siz" veya "Müşteri") kullanabilirsiniz. Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sını kullanımınız, Müşteri tarafından kabul edilen Google Workspace Sözleşmesi'ne ve bu Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sı Şartları'na uymanıza tabidir.

Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sı, Müşteri Jetonları ve Google Workspace API dokümanları kullanılarak Google'dan edinilen içerikler, Google Workspace Sözleşmesi'nde yer alan gizlilik yükümlülüklerine tabidir.

İhlal veya süresinin dolması
Müşteri'nin Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sını kullanımı, bu şartları veya Google Workspace Sözleşmesi'nin şartlarını ihlal ediyorsa Google, Müşteri'nin Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sına erişimini bildirimde bulunmaksızın askıya alabilir ve askıya alma tarihinden itibaren otuz (30) gün içinde bu tür bir ihlalde bulunmadığı takdirde Müşteri'nin Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sına erişimini feshedebilir. Google Workspace Sözleşmesi'nin sona ermesi veya feshiyle Müşteri'nin, Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sı kullanımını durdurması ve Google'ın talep etmesi halinde bu kullanımın durdurulduğunu yazılı olarak belgelendirmesi gerekir.

License Manager API ve Directory API
Lisans Yöneticisi API'sının veya Directory API'nın kullanımı, API'nin Müşteri'nin API'nın kullanımından önce ödediği miktardan daha fazla kullanıcıya lisans veya temel hazırlık sağlama amacıyla kullanılması durumunda, Müşteri'nin faturalandırma hesabında ek ücret alınmasına neden olabilir. Bu ek ücretlerin faturalandırılması, Müşteri'nin lisanslanan veya temel hazırlığı yapılan ürün için kabul ettiği ücretlere ve şartlara göre gerçekleştirilir.

API İstemcilerinizle ilgili hükümler
API Hizmet Şartları'nın 3. bölümünde yer alan hükümlerin yanı sıra şunları da kabul edersiniz:

Lisans
Google, Müşteri'ye Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sını, Hizmetler'in Google Workspace Sözleşmesi'ne ve API belgelerine uygun şekilde kullanımıyla bağlantılı olarak kullanması için kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir hak ve lisans verir. Bu kullanım, Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sının (a) Google sunucularına erişmek, (b) Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sı İstemcisi geliştirmek, (c) Son Kullanıcı Hesapları oluşturmak veya yönetmek ve (d) Google Workspace Yönetici SDK'sı üzerinden Müşteri'den içerik almak amacıyla kullanılmasını kapsar.

Email Audit API
Email Audit API tasarlanmamıştır ve genel yedekleme, arşivleme veya günlük kaydı için kullanılmamalıdır. Google, müşterilerin, E-posta Denetim API'sını E-posta Denetim API'sının performansını veya kullanılabilirliğini olumsuz şekilde etkileyebilecek şekillerde kullanmasını önleme hakkını saklı tutar. E-posta Denetim API'sını ("E-posta API İstemcileri") kullanan API İstemcileri, yalnızca Müşteri'nin dahili amaçları doğrultusunda oluşturulmalı ve kullanılmalıdır; bu istemciler üçüncü taraflara sağlanamaz. Müşteri, yalnızca kendi Müşteri Jetonunu kullanarak bir E-posta Denetimi API'sı İstemcisi oluşturabilir.

Your use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK is subject to your compliance with the Google Workspace Agreement agreed to by Customer and these Google Workspace Admin SDK Terms.\n 2.\n\n ### Confidential information\n\n Content obtained from Google using the Google Workspace Admin SDK, Customer Tokens, and the Google Workspace API documentation are subject to the confidentiality obligations contained in the Google Workspace Agreement.\n 3.\n\n ### Breach or expiration\n\n If Customer's use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK violates these terms or the terms of the Google Workspace Agreement, Google may suspend Customer's access to the Google Workspace Admin SDK without notice, and may terminate Customer's access to the Google Workspace Admin SDK if Customer has not cured any such violation within thirty (30) days of the suspension. Upon expiration or termination of the Google Workspace Agreement, Customer must cease all use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK and, if requested by Google, certify this cessation of use in writing.\n 4.\n\n ### License Manager API and Directory API\n\n Use of the License Manager API or Directory API may result in additional charges to Customer's billing account if the API is used to license or provision more users than the Customer has paid for prior to the use of the API. Billing for these additional charges will be at the rates and on the terms Customer has agreed to for the product licensed or provisioned.\n3.\n\n Provisions regarding your API Clients\n -------------------------------------\n\n In addition to the provisions in Section 3 of the API ToS, you agree that:\n 1.\n\n ### License\n\n Google grants Customer a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Google Workspace Admin SDK in connection with its use of the Services in accordance with the Google Workspace Agreement and the API documentation. This use includes using the Google Workspace Admin SDK to: (a) access Google servers; (b) develop a Google Workspace Admin SDK Client; (c) create or administer End User Accounts; and (d) receive content from Customer's End Users through the Google Workspace Admin SDK.\n 2.\n\n ### APIs may change\n\n Because the Google Workspace Admin SDK may change over time, Customer's development of any intellectual property that uses the Google Workspace Admin SDK, or is based on, relates to, or relies upon, the Google Workspace Admin SDK, is at Customer's sole risk.\n4.\n\n Prohibitions\n ------------\n\n In addition to the prohibitions in Section 4 of the API ToS, the following prohibitions apply:\n 1.\n\n ### Email Audit API\n\n The Email Audit API is not designed and should not be used for general backup, archival, or journaling purposes. Google reserves the right to prevent a customer from using the Email Audit API in ways that might adversely impact the performance or usability of the Email Audit API. API Clients using the Email Audit API (\"Email API Clients\") must be created and used for only for Customer's internal purposes, and may not be provided to third parties.
