使用義務
除了《API 服務條款》第 2 節所述的使用義務外，您同意以下事項：

使用時須遵守「客戶」的《Google Workspace 協議》
如果您是根據《Google Workspace 協議》(以下稱「您」或「客戶」) 接受 Google 提供服務的 Google Workspace 客戶，則才能使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK。使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK 時，您必須遵守「客戶」同意的《Google Workspace 協議》和本《Google Workspace Admin SDK 條款》。

使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK、客戶權杖和 Google Workspace API 說明文件從 Google 取得的內容，須遵守《Google Workspace 協議》中的保密義務。

資料侵害或過期
如果「客戶」使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK 違反上述條款或《Google Workspace 協議》條款，Google 得在不另行通知的情況下，暫停「客戶」對 Google Workspace Admin SDK 的存取權；若「客戶」未能於停權後三十 (30) 天內解決任何違規行為，Google 得終止「客戶」對 Google Workspace Admin SDK 的存取權。「Google Workspace 協議」到期或終止後，「客戶」必須停止使用所有 Google Workspace Admin SDK，若 Google 提出要求，則「客戶」必須以書面方式證明這項禁止使用行為。

License Manager API 和 Directory API
如果使用 License Manager API 或 Directory API 的 API 授權或佈建的使用者人數超過「客戶」使用 API 前付費的使用者數量，則使用 License Manager API 或 Directory API 可能會導致「客戶」的帳單帳戶收取額外費用。這些額外費用將依費率計算，並依「客戶」同意的產品授權或提供條款而定。

API 用戶端相關條款
除了《API 服務條款》第 3 節的規定之外，您亦同意：

授權
Google 根據《Google Workspace 協議》和 API 說明文件，授予「客戶」使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK 之個人、不得轉讓且非排他性的個人權利及授權，允許「客戶」在使用「服務」時，一併使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK。上述使用行為包括使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK 執行以下操作：(a) 存取 Google 伺服器；(b) 開發 Google Workspace Admin SDK 用戶端；(c) 建立或管理「使用者帳戶」；以及 (d) 透過 Google Workspace Admin SDK 接收「客戶」的「使用者」內容。

API 可能會變動
由於 Google Workspace Admin SDK 可能會隨時間改變，因此「客戶」如果開發任何使用 Google Workspace Admin SDK 的智慧財產，或是以相關或依賴 Google Workspace Admin SDK 做為基礎，將面臨「客戶」獨有的風險。

禁止事項
除了《API 服務條款》第 4 節禁止事項外，您也必須遵守下列禁止事項：

Email Audit API
Email Audit API 不適合用於一般備份、封存或日誌記錄。Google 有權防止客戶以可能對 Email Audit API 效能或可用性造成負面影響的方式使用 Email Audit API。使用 Email Audit API 的 API 用戶端 (下稱「Email API 用戶端」) 必須僅用於「客戶」內部用途，而且不得提供給第三方。「客戶」只能使用自己的「客戶權杖」建立 Email Audit API 用戶端。

Capitalized terms used here but not defined here are defined in the Google Workspace Agreement.\n 4.\n\n ### Services\n\n The Google services as defined in Customer's Google Workspace Agreement.\n2.\n\n Usage Obligations\n -----------------\n\n In addition to the usage obligations in Section 2 of the API ToS, you agree that:\n 1.\n\n ### Use is subject to Customer's Google Workspace Agreement\n\n You may only use the Google Workspace Admin SDK if you are a Google Workspace Customer receiving Services from Google pursuant to a Google Workspace Agreement (\"you\" or \"Customer\"). Your use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK is subject to your compliance with the Google Workspace Agreement agreed to by Customer and these Google Workspace Admin SDK Terms.\n 2.\n\n ### Confidential information\n\n Content obtained from Google using the Google Workspace Admin SDK, Customer Tokens, and the Google Workspace API documentation are subject to the confidentiality obligations contained in the Google Workspace Agreement.\n 3.\n\n ### Breach or expiration\n\n If Customer's use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK violates these terms or the terms of the Google Workspace Agreement, Google may suspend Customer's access to the Google Workspace Admin SDK without notice, and may terminate Customer's access to the Google Workspace Admin SDK if Customer has not cured any such violation within thirty (30) days of the suspension. Upon expiration or termination of the Google Workspace Agreement, Customer must cease all use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK and, if requested by Google, certify this cessation of use in writing.\n 4.\n\n ### License Manager API and Directory API\n\n Use of the License Manager API or Directory API may result in additional charges to Customer's billing account if the API is used to license or provision more users than the Customer has paid for prior to the use of the API. Billing for these additional charges will be at the rates and on the terms Customer has agreed to for the product licensed or provisioned.\n3.\n\n Provisions regarding your API Clients\n -------------------------------------\n\n In addition to the provisions in Section 3 of the API ToS, you agree that:\n 1.\n\n ### License\n\n Google grants Customer a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Google Workspace Admin SDK in connection with its use of the Services in accordance with the Google Workspace Agreement and the API documentation. This use includes using the Google Workspace Admin SDK to: (a) access Google servers; (b) develop a Google Workspace Admin SDK Client; (c) create or administer End User Accounts; and (d) receive content from Customer's End Users through the Google Workspace Admin SDK.\n 2.\n\n ### APIs may change\n\n Because the Google Workspace Admin SDK may change over time, Customer's development of any intellectual property that uses the Google Workspace Admin SDK, or is based on, relates to, or relies upon, the Google Workspace Admin SDK, is at Customer's sole risk.\n4.\n\n Prohibitions\n ------------\n\n In addition to the prohibitions in Section 4 of the API ToS, the following prohibitions apply:\n 1.\n\n ### Email Audit API\n\n The Email Audit API is not designed and should not be used for general backup, archival, or journaling purposes. Google reserves the right to prevent a customer from using the Email Audit API in ways that might adversely impact the performance or usability of the Email Audit API. API Clients using the Email Audit API (\"Email API Clients\") must be created and used for only for Customer's internal purposes, and may not be provided to third parties.
