الاتفاقية المبرمة بين "العميل" و"Google" التي يتلقّى "العميل" بموجبها "الخدمات" من "Google". يتم تعريف المصطلحات المكتوبة بين علامتَي اقتباس، والتي يتم استخدامها بدون تعريف هنا، في اتفاقية Google Workspace.

التزامات الاستخدام
بالإضافة إلى التزامات الاستخدام الواردة في الفقرة 2 من "بنود خدمة واجهة برمجة التطبيقات"، أنت توافق على ما يلي:

يخضع الاستخدام لـ "اتفاقية Google Workspace" لـ "العميل".
لا يمكنك استخدام "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace" إلا إذا كنت أحد عملاء Google Workspace الذين يتلقّون "خدمات من Google" بموجب "اتفاقية Google Workspace" ("أنت" أو "العميل"). يخضع استخدامك لـ "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace" لامتثالك لـ "اتفاقية Google Workspace" التي وافق عليها "العميل" و"بنود SDK لمشرف Google Workspace".

يخضع المحتوى الذي يتم الحصول عليه من Google باستخدام "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace" و"الرموز المميّزة للعميل" ومستندات Google Workspace API لالتزامات السرية الواردة في "اتفاقية Google Workspace".

انتهاك حقوق الطبع والنشر أو انتهاء صلاحيتها
إذا كان استخدام "العميل" لحزمة تطوير البرامج (SDK) لمشرف Google Workspace ينتهك هذه البنود أو بنود "اتفاقية Google Workspace"، يجوز لشركة Google تعليق وصول "العميل" إلى "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace" بدون إشعار، ويجوز لها إنهاء وصول "العميل" إلى "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace" في حال عدم معالجة "العميل" لأيّ من هذه الانتهاكات خلال ثلاثين (30) يومًا من تاريخ التعليق. عند انتهاء صلاحية "اتفاقية Google Workspace" أو إنهائها، على "العميل" التوقّف عن استخدام "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace"، وعلى "العميل" الإقرار بذلك كتابةً، إذا طلبت Google ذلك.

واجهة برمجة تطبيقات إدارة التراخيص وواجهة برمجة تطبيقات الدليل
وقد يؤدي استخدام واجهة برمجة التطبيقات License Manager API أو Directory API إلى تحصيل رسوم إضافية على حساب فوترة العميل في حال استخدام واجهة برمجة التطبيقات لترخيص أو توفير عدد من المستخدمين أكبر من العدد الذي دفعه العميل قبل استخدام واجهة برمجة التطبيقات. سيتم إجراء فوترة هذه الرسوم الإضافية وفقًا للأسعار والأحكام التي وافق عليها العميل مقابل المنتج المرخَّص أو المزود.

أحكام متعلّقة بعملاء واجهة برمجة التطبيقات
بالإضافة إلى الأحكام الواردة في الفقرة 3 من بنود خدمة واجهة برمجة التطبيقات، أنت توافق على ما يلي:

الترخيص
تمنح Google "العميل" حقًا وترخيصًا شخصيًا وغير قابل للنقل وغير حصري لاستخدام "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace" في ما يتعلّق باستخدام "الخدمات" بما يتوافق مع "اتفاقية Google Workspace" ومستندات واجهة برمجة التطبيقات. يشمل هذا الاستخدام استخدام "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace" من أجل: (أ) الوصول إلى خوادم Google، و(ب) تطوير برنامج SDK لمشرف Google Workspace، و(ج) إنشاء "حسابات المستخدمين النهائيين" أو إدارتها، و (د) تلقّي محتوى من "المستخدمين النهائيين" لدى "العميل" من خلال "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace".

قد تتغير واجهات برمجة التطبيقات
بما أنّ "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace" قد تتغيّر بمرور الوقت، يتحمّل "العميل" وحده مسؤولية تطوير أي ملكية فكرية تستخدم "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace" أو يستند إلى "SDK لمشرف Google Workspace" أو يرتبط بها أو يعتمد عليها.

المحتوى المحظور
بالإضافة إلى حالات الحظر الواردة في الفقرة 4 من "بنود خدمة واجهة برمجة التطبيقات"، تسري حالات الحظر التالية:

Email Audit API
لم يتم تصميم واجهة برمجة تطبيقات تدقيق البريد الإلكتروني ويجب عدم استخدامها لأغراض النسخ الاحتياطي العام أو الأرشفة أو تسجيل دفتر اليومية. تحتفظ Google بالحق في منع أي عميل من استخدام واجهة برمجة تطبيقات تدقيق البريد الإلكتروني بطرق قد تؤثر سلبًا على أداء واجهة برمجة تطبيقات تدقيق البريد الإلكتروني أو سهولة استخدامها. يجب إنشاء برامج واجهة برمجة التطبيقات التي تستخدم واجهة برمجة تطبيقات تدقيق البريد الإلكتروني ("برامج عملاء واجهة برمجة تطبيقات البريد الإلكتروني") واستخدامها لأغراض داخلية فقط لـ "العميل"، ولا يجوز تقديمها إلى جهات خارجية. لا يجوز لـ "العميل" إنشاء "عميل واجهة برمجة تطبيقات تدقيق البريد الإلكتروني" إلا باستخدام الرمز المميّز للعميل.

Upon expiration or termination of the Google Workspace Agreement, Customer must cease all use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK and, if requested by Google, certify this cessation of use in writing.\n 4.\n\n ### License Manager API and Directory API\n\n Use of the License Manager API or Directory API may result in additional charges to Customer's billing account if the API is used to license or provision more users than the Customer has paid for prior to the use of the API. Billing for these additional charges will be at the rates and on the terms Customer has agreed to for the product licensed or provisioned.\n3.\n\n Provisions regarding your API Clients\n -------------------------------------\n\n In addition to the provisions in Section 3 of the API ToS, you agree that:\n 1.\n\n ### License\n\n Google grants Customer a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Google Workspace Admin SDK in connection with its use of the Services in accordance with the Google Workspace Agreement and the API documentation. This use includes using the Google Workspace Admin SDK to: (a) access Google servers; (b) develop a Google Workspace Admin SDK Client; (c) create or administer End User Accounts; and (d) receive content from Customer's End Users through the Google Workspace Admin SDK.\n 2.\n\n ### APIs may change\n\n Because the Google Workspace Admin SDK may change over time, Customer's development of any intellectual property that uses the Google Workspace Admin SDK, or is based on, relates to, or relies upon, the Google Workspace Admin SDK, is at Customer's sole risk.\n4.\n\n Prohibitions\n ------------\n\n In addition to the prohibitions in Section 4 of the API ToS, the following prohibitions apply:\n 1.\n\n ### Email Audit API\n\n The Email Audit API is not designed and should not be used for general backup, archival, or journaling purposes. Google reserves the right to prevent a customer from using the Email Audit API in ways that might adversely impact the performance or usability of the Email Audit API. API Clients using the Email Audit API (\"Email API Clients\") must be created and used for only for Customer's internal purposes, and may not be provided to third parties.
