Die Nutzung unterliegt der Google Workspace-Vereinbarung des Kunden
Sie dürfen das Google Workspace Admin SDK nur verwenden, wenn Sie Google Workspace-Kunde sind und gemäß einer Google Workspace-Vereinbarung Dienste von Google erhalten („Sie“ oder „Kunde“). Voraussetzung für die Verwendung des Google Workspace Admin SDK ist, dass Sie die vom Kunden vereinbarte Google Workspace-Vereinbarung und diese Nutzungsbedingungen für das Google Workspace Admin SDK einhalten.

Inhalte, die Sie über das Google Workspace Admin SDK, Kundentokens und die Google Workspace API-Dokumentation von Google erhalten haben, unterliegen den in der Google Workspace-Vereinbarung enthaltenen Vertraulichkeitsverpflichtungen.

Verstoß oder Ablaufdatum
Wenn die Verwendung des Google Workspace Admin SDK durch den Kunden gegen diese Bedingungen oder die Bedingungen der Google Workspace-Vereinbarung verstößt, kann Google den Zugriff des Kunden auf das Google Workspace Admin SDK ohne vorherige Ankündigung sperren und den Zugriff des Kunden auf das Google Workspace Admin SDK kündigen, wenn der Kunde den Verstoß nicht innerhalb von dreißig (30) Tagen nach der Sperrung behoben hat. Nach Ablauf oder Kündigung der Google Workspace-Vereinbarung muss der Kunde die Nutzung des Google Workspace Admin SDK vollständig einstellen und dies auf Verlangen von Google schriftlich bestätigen.

License Manager API und Directory API
Bei Verwendung der License Manager API oder Directory API können zusätzliche Gebühren für das Rechnungskonto des Kunden anfallen, wenn die API zur Lizenzierung oder Bereitstellung von mehr Nutzern verwendet wird, als der Kunde vor der Verwendung der API bezahlt hat. Diese zusätzlichen Gebühren werden zu den Preisen und den Bedingungen in Rechnung gestellt, denen der Kunde für das lizenzierte oder bereitgestellte Produkt zugestimmt hat.

Bestimmungen für Ihre API-Clients
Zusätzlich zu den Bestimmungen in Abschnitt 3 der API-Nutzungsbedingungen erklären Sie sich mit Folgendem einverstanden:

Lizenz
Google gewährt dem Kunden ein persönliches, nicht übertragbares und nicht exklusives Recht sowie eine Lizenz zur Verwendung des Google Workspace Admin SDK in Verbindung mit seiner Nutzung der Dienste gemäß der Google Workspace-Vereinbarung und der API-Dokumentation. Diese Nutzung beinhaltet die Verwendung des Google Workspace Admin SDK für Folgendes: (a) auf Google-Server zugreifen, (b) einen Google Workspace Admin SDK-Client entwickeln, (c) Endnutzerkonten erstellen oder verwalten und (d) Inhalte von Endnutzern des Kunden über das Google Workspace Admin SDK empfangen.

APIs können sich ändern
Da sich das Google Workspace Admin SDK im Laufe der Zeit ändern kann, erfolgt die Entwicklung von geistigem Eigentum durch den Kunden, für das das Google Workspace Admin SDK verwendet wird oder das auf dem Google Workspace Admin SDK basiert oder darauf basiert, auf das alleinige Risiko des Kunden.

Verbote
Zusätzlich zu den Verboten in Paragraf 4 der API-Nutzungsbedingungen gelten die folgenden Verbote:

Email Audit API
Die Email Audit API ist nicht für allgemeine Sicherungs-, Archivierungs- oder Journaling-Zwecke konzipiert und sollte nicht verwendet werden. Google behält sich das Recht vor, einen Kunden daran zu hindern, die Email Audit API auf eine Weise zu verwenden, die die Leistung oder Nutzerfreundlichkeit der Email Audit API beeinträchtigen könnte. API-Clients, die die Email Audit API verwenden („Email API Clients“), dürfen nur für interne Zwecke des Kunden erstellt und verwendet werden und dürfen nicht an Dritte weitergegeben werden. Der Kunde darf einen Email Audit API-Client nur mit seinem eigenen Kundentoken erstellen.

Your use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK is subject to your compliance with the Google Workspace Agreement agreed to by Customer and these Google Workspace Admin SDK Terms.\n 2.\n\n ### Confidential information\n\n Content obtained from Google using the Google Workspace Admin SDK, Customer Tokens, and the Google Workspace API documentation are subject to the confidentiality obligations contained in the Google Workspace Agreement.\n 3.\n\n ### Breach or expiration\n\n If Customer's use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK violates these terms or the terms of the Google Workspace Agreement, Google may suspend Customer's access to the Google Workspace Admin SDK without notice, and may terminate Customer's access to the Google Workspace Admin SDK if Customer has not cured any such violation within thirty (30) days of the suspension. Upon expiration or termination of the Google Workspace Agreement, Customer must cease all use of the Google Workspace Admin SDK and, if requested by Google, certify this cessation of use in writing.\n 4.\n\n ### License Manager API and Directory API\n\n Use of the License Manager API or Directory API may result in additional charges to Customer's billing account if the API is used to license or provision more users than the Customer has paid for prior to the use of the API. Billing for these additional charges will be at the rates and on the terms Customer has agreed to for the product licensed or provisioned.\n3.\n\n Provisions regarding your API Clients\n -------------------------------------\n\n In addition to the provisions in Section 3 of the API ToS, you agree that:\n 1.\n\n ### License\n\n Google grants Customer a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Google Workspace Admin SDK in connection with its use of the Services in accordance with the Google Workspace Agreement and the API documentation. This use includes using the Google Workspace Admin SDK to: (a) access Google servers; (b) develop a Google Workspace Admin SDK Client; (c) create or administer End User Accounts; and (d) receive content from Customer's End Users through the Google Workspace Admin SDK.\n 2.\n\n ### APIs may change\n\n Because the Google Workspace Admin SDK may change over time, Customer's development of any intellectual property that uses the Google Workspace Admin SDK, or is based on, relates to, or relies upon, the Google Workspace Admin SDK, is at Customer's sole risk.\n4.\n\n Prohibitions\n ------------\n\n In addition to the prohibitions in Section 4 of the API ToS, the following prohibitions apply:\n 1.\n\n ### Email Audit API\n\n The Email Audit API is not designed and should not be used for general backup, archival, or journaling purposes. Google reserves the right to prevent a customer from using the Email Audit API in ways that might adversely impact the performance or usability of the Email Audit API. API Clients using the Email Audit API (\"Email API Clients\") must be created and used for only for Customer's internal purposes, and may not be provided to third parties.
