Mentransfer kepemilikan file ke akun Google Workspace lain dalam organisasi yang sama
Kepemilikan file yang ada di "Drive Saya" dapat ditransfer dari
satu akun Google Workspace
ke akun lain dalam organisasi yang sama. Organisasi yang memiliki drive bersama memiliki file di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu, transfer kepemilikan tidak didukung untuk file dan folder di drive bersama. Penyelenggara drive bersama dapat memindahkan item dari drive bersama tersebut ke "Drive Saya" miliknya yang akan mentransfer kepemilikan item tersebut kepadanya.
Untuk mentransfer kepemilikan file di "Drive Saya", lakukan salah satu hal berikut:
Buat pemberian izin file yang memberikan akses pemilik (role=owner) kepada pengguna tertentu (type=user).
Perbarui izin file yang ada dengan role=owner dan transfer kepemilikan
kepada pengguna yang ditentukan (transferOwnership=true).
Mentransfer kepemilikan file dari satu akun konsumen ke akun konsumen lain
Kepemilikan file dapat ditransfer dari satu akun konsumenke akun konsumen lainnya. Namun, Drive tidak mentransfer kepemilikan file antara dua akun konsumen hingga calon pemilik secara eksplisit menyetujui transfer tersebut. Untuk mentransfer kepemilikan file dari satu akun konsumen ke akun konsumen lain:
Pemilik saat ini memulai transfer kepemilikan dengan membuat atau memperbarui izin file calon pemilik. Izin harus mencakup setelan
berikut: role=writer, type=user, dan pendingOwner=true. Jika pemilik saat ini membuat izin untuk calon pemilik, email notifikasi akan dikirim ke calon pemilik yang menunjukkan bahwa mereka diminta untuk mengambil alih kepemilikan file.
Calon pemilik menerima permintaan transfer kepemilikan dengan membuat atau
memperbarui izin filenya. Izin harus mencakup setelan berikut:
role=owner dan transferOwnership=true. Jika calon pemilik
membuat izin baru, notifikasi email akan dikirim ke pemilik
sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan telah ditransfer.
Saat file ditransfer, peran pemilik sebelumnya akan diturunkan menjadi writer.

However, Drive doesn't transfer ownership of a file\nbetween the two consumer accounts until the prospective owner explicitly\nconsents to the transfer. To transfer file ownership from one consumer account\nto another:\n\n1. The current owner initiates an ownership transfer by creating or updating\n the prospective owner's file permission. The permission must include these\n settings: `role=writer`, `type=user`, and `pendingOwner=true`. If the\n current owner is creating a permission for the prospective owner, an email\n notification is sent to the prospective owner indicating that they're being\n asked to assume ownership of the file.\n\n2. The prospective owner accepts the ownership transfer request by creating or\n updating their file permission. The permission must include these settings:\n `role=owner` and `transferOwnership=true`.
