הפונקציה מקבלת את המידע על המשתמש הנוכחי יחד עם הגדרות Drive API
בקשת HTTP
GET https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v2/about
כתובת ה-URL משתמשת בתחביר של Transcoding של gRPC.
