שחזור קובץ מהאשפה. כדי לשתף קבצים באחסון שיתופי, המשתמש המאומת הנוכחי צריך להיות הבעלים של הקובץ או לפחות בעל הרשאה fileOrganizer ברמת ההורה.

כתובת ה-URL משתמשת בתחביר של Transcoding של gRPC.
