אם מספקים את פרמטר כתובת ה-URL alt=media, התגובה כוללת את תוכן הקובץ בגוף התגובה. הורדת תוכן באמצעות alt=media פועלת רק אם הקובץ מאוחסן ב-Drive. כדי להוריד קבצים מ-Google Docs, Sheets ו-Slides, צריך להשתמש ב-files.export. למידע נוסף, ראו הורדה וייצוא של קבצים.
