메모에서 하나 이상의 권한을 삭제합니다. 지정된 항목은 즉시 액세스 권한을 잃게 됩니다. OWNER 역할이 있는 권한은 삭제할 수 없습니다. 권한 삭제에 실패하면 전체 요청이 실패하고 아무것도 변경되지 않습니다. 메모에 지정된 권한이 없으면 400 잘못된 요청 오류를 반환합니다.
