메모를 삭제합니다. 호출자가 삭제하려는 메모에 OWNER 역할을 보유하고 있어야 합니다. 메모를 삭제하면 리소스가 즉시 삭제되며 실행취소할 수 없습니다. 공동작업자는 메모에 액세스할 수 없게 됩니다.
