Copies a single sheet from a spreadsheet to another spreadsheet. Returns the properties of the newly created sheet.

POST https://sheets.googleapis.com/v4/spreadsheets/{spreadsheetId}/sheets/{sheetId}:copyTo
The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.
